Each player aims to complete the round in the fewest strokes. A player’s score is determined by the total number of strokes taken to complete all holes. The strokes for each hole are added together, and the winner is the player with the lowest total score at the end of the round.
Points are awarded on each hole based on the number of strokes a player takes relative to the hole’s par.
In the Skins format, each hole is contested separately for money or points. Each hole has a set value, and the player who wins the hole with the fewest strokes wins the "skin" or prize. If two or more players tie on a hole, the skin carries over to the next hole and increases in value. This continues until someone wins a hole outright. myGolf calculates at the end of the game who owes whom and how much. No more mental math.
Scramble is a team competition for 1–4 players. All team members hit the tee shot, after which the team decides which ball to continue with. From the selected ball’s position, all team members play their own balls. This continues until the hole is completed.
Two-Person Scramble is a team competition for two players. Both players hit the tee shot, after which the team decides which ball to continue with. From the selected ball’s position, both players play their own balls. This continues until the hole is completed.
In Better Ball, two-player teams compete, and both players play their own ball. The team’s score on each hole is the better player’s result on that hole. Both players play normally, but only the better hole result counts.
In Better Ball Stableford, two-player teams compete, and both players play their own ball. The team’s score on each hole is the Stableford result of the better-performing player on that hole. Both players play normally, but only the better hole result counts.
In Match Play, two players compete against each other hole by hole. The player who completes the hole in fewer strokes wins that hole. The overall match is won when a player has won more holes than the opponent can win on the remaining holes.
In Fourball Match Play, players are divided into two teams (Red and Blue). Each team fields two players in each group. The team’s score on a hole is the better score of the two players, and the team with the better score wins the hole. If the scores are tied, the hole is halved. A win earns one point, a tie half a point, and a loss zero points.
Foursome is a team format where two players play the same ball alternately. The pair decides in advance which player will hit the tee shot on the first hole. After that, the ball is played alternately until the hole is completed. On the next tee, the player who did not hit the previous hole’s tee shot plays.
In Singles Match Play, two players compete against each other hole by hole. The player who completes the hole in fewer strokes wins that hole. The match is won when a player has won more holes than the opponent can win on the remaining holes.
If you want more detailed statistics, you can record data for each hole. Start by marking the result of your tee shot (fairway hit, missed right, missed left, or failed). You can also log the length of every putt, giving you deeper insights and a clear view of how to improve your putting game.
If the app detects that you missed the green, you can mark which side of the green your shot went to.
The more accurately you record your shots, the better statistics you get. The AI coach can also give you more precise guidance.
After finishing your round, you will see a summary of your round statistics. You can scroll the image to see all collected statistics.
